How is this done? (Handle in braided fleece dog toy)?
So, I want to make mine and my friends dog a tug toy like this;

I just wanted to know how the maker of that made the loop in the handle without having to tie a knot in the end of it?
I'd really like to know this because it looks a lot neater than the ones with knots at the ends of the handles.

It looks like you would start braiding in the middle of your handle. Put a heavy weight (like a brick) at the center, and begin braiding this first half to a certain point, then anchor it down with another weighty object.
Now braid the other half of the handle the same distance as the other side. join both ends together by combining and continuing the braid. Then one big knot at the end and you're done.

How to Measure your Dog
A dog's coat size is measured from the base of the neck up to the base of the tail. Be sure that your dog is standing squarely on the ground with its head up to get an accurate measurement. Measure the dog from the base of the neck up to the end of the body while your dog is relaxed and looking ahead. It is better to order in even sizes that range from 8 inches to 28 inches. The size 13 inches is the only exception to this rule. If the tail of your dog goes up, round down. Also, if your dog's tail goes up, round up.
